Why Remodel Your Bathroom?

Your bathroom gets used every day. Over time, things start to look old and worn out. Floors get scratched. Cabinets stop working right. Fixtures get dull. A remodel fixes all of that and gives you a bathroom you are proud of.

💰

Your Home Is Worth More

An updated bathroom adds real value to your home. When people look at houses to buy, they notice bathrooms right away. A nice bathroom helps your home sell faster and for more money.

🚿

More Comfortable Every Day

A walk-in shower, a bigger vanity, or better storage can make your morning routine so much easier. Your bathroom should make life simpler, not harder.

Fresh New Look

New tile, new lights, and new fixtures change how your bathroom feels completely. You do not have to live with something old and ugly. A remodel makes it feel brand new.

Safer for Everyone

Walk-in showers, grab bars, and non-slip floors make your bathroom much safer. This is really important for older adults. Many of our clients in The Villages and Ocala remodel for this reason.

Types of Bathroom Remodels We Do

Every bathroom is different. Here are the most common types of projects we do for homeowners all across Central Florida.

1

Walk-In Shower Conversion

This is our most popular project. We take out the old tub and put in a beautiful walk-in shower. You get new tile, a glass door, built-in shelves, and a nice shower head. It looks great and it is much easier to get in and out of. Our clients in The Villages love this one.

Best for: People who do not use their tub, older adults who want a safer shower, or anyone who wants a nice upgrade
2

Vanity and Cabinet Replacement

New cabinets, a new sink, and a new countertop can change the whole feel of your bathroom. We put in single or double vanities and add more storage so things stay neat. Many people do this at the same time as a kitchen remodel to update both rooms at once.

Best for: Bathrooms that feel too small, too cluttered, or just plain old
3

Full Bathroom Remodel

This is a fresh start. We take out everything in the bathroom and build it back up exactly the way you want it. New tile, new plumbing, new layout, new everything. It is the biggest change you can make and the results are amazing.

Best for: Older homes, bathrooms with water damage, or anyone who wants a total new look
4

Tile and Floor Updates

New tile on the floor and walls makes a huge difference. You do not have to redo the whole bathroom to get a great new look. We use porcelain, ceramic, and stone tile. We can even add heated floors if you want something extra nice.

Best for: Bathrooms that are in good shape but just need a fresh new look
5

Adding a New Bathroom

Need a bathroom where there is not one right now? We can add one. This is part of our home additions work. We add bathrooms for master bedrooms, guest rooms, and ADU rental units. We handle everything from the ground up.

Best for: Homes that need more bathrooms, growing families, or rental properties

What Does a Bathroom Remodel Cost in Central Florida?

The cost depends on how big your bathroom is, what kind of work you want done, and what materials you pick. Here is a simple guide to help you know what to expect.

Type of Remodel Typical Cost Range What's Included
Cosmetic Refresh $3,000 to $8,000 New vanity, fixtures, paint, mirrors, hardware
Tile & Flooring Update $5,000 to $12,000 New floor and wall tile, shower surround, grout
Walk-In Shower Conversion $8,000 to $18,000 Demo tub, new shower pan, tile, glass, fixtures
Mid-Range Full Remodel $15,000 to $30,000 Full gut, new layout, all new tile, vanity, plumbing, lighting
High-End Full Remodel $30,000 to $60,000+ Custom tile, luxury fixtures, heated floors, steam shower, designer finishes

What Makes the Price Go Up or Down?

The biggest things that change the price are the tile you pick, whether we move plumbing, and the fixtures you choose. Moving plumbing costs more but lets you change the layout. Keeping things in the same spot saves money. We will walk you through all of this at your free visit. Veterans may also be able to use VA loan money to help pay for the project.

Common Questions About Bathroom Remodeling

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Most jobs take 1 to 3 weeks. A simple update with a new vanity and tile can be done in about a week. A full remodel where we gut the whole bathroom takes 2 to 4 weeks. We give you a clear timeline before we start so you know exactly what to expect.

Do I need a permit to remodel my bathroom in Florida?

It depends on the work. Swapping out fixtures and painting do not need a permit. But if we move plumbing or do electrical work, a permit is required. We handle all of that for you. We know the rules in every county we serve across Central Florida.

Can I stay in my house while you remodel my bathroom?

Yes. Most of our clients stay home during the work. If you only have one bathroom, we plan things carefully so you are not stuck without one for too long. We clean up every day before we leave.

What gives me the best value for my money?

Walk-in showers, new vanities, and fresh tile give you the most bang for your buck. Home buyers notice these things right away. If you are also thinking about a kitchen remodel, doing both at the same time can save you money on labor.

Do you remodel bathrooms in businesses too?

Yes. We do commercial remodels as well. We update restrooms in offices, shops, and medical buildings all across Central Florida. We also make sure they meet ADA rules for people with disabilities.
